That’s a wrap! Zcash Network School is officially complete, and ZCG Grant #266 is closed. We ended with more than a hundred wallets activated, seven merchant integrations, and a community that kept showing up. We also dealt with one campus closure nobody expected. Quite an adventure. A room right next to the NS Library became a physical @Zcash hub. We delivered all six planned educational events and joined six additional events beyond the original scope. One took us to Kuala Lumpur. There, I joined Holy Trinity Night representing Zcash, alongside @near_malaysia and @Hyperliquid_MY. Thank you @yuensid for the invitation and @ccacc_hub and @yaohui1998 for hosting. On July 21, during our final month, Network School’s Malaysia campus closed with little notice. We kept the office open until the last day and supported residents online through the Ironwood activation and Orchard-to-Ironwood migration. Our most important lesson was simple: a wallet can be downloaded anywhere in the world, but we saw adoption improve when people had a room full of friends, someone they trusted, and a place to ask what the latest news meant for them. We were there when the Orchard vulnerability was disclosed. For two full days, people stopped us in the corridor to ask about it. Beyond the technical answers, they could see it in our faces: the disclosure had not broken our trust. The team’s response had strengthened it. We were an experiment living inside an experiment. It did not end the way we expected, but the results were solid. We proved the value of a physical hub as a human interface for financial privacy. Above all, thank you to @ZcashCommGrants and the wider Zcash community for making this project possible.
